RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Daily lane closures are coming to Richmond’s Northside, according to the City of Richmond Department of Public Works.
Starting Monday, March 11, the intersection of Chamberlayne Avenue and Westbrook Avenue will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day through Friday, March 15.
According to the department, the closure will allow a contractor to install pedestrian ADA ramps at the intersection as part of a traffic signal upgrade project. Some travel lanes through the intersection will be temporarily closed during this process.
