The southbound lanes of South College Avenue (Route 896) near I-95 have reopened after a late morning crash closed the roadway most of Monday afternoon.
Delaware State Police have not reported whether there were injuries as a result of the crash that occurred about 11:35 a.m. on south South College Avenue just before the south I-95 exit ramp onto the roadway.

At least two vehicles could be seen damaged on South College Avenue and several troopers investigated the matter earlier in the afternoon.
