RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A crash on Interstate 95 North near downtown Richmond is causing a backup.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash took place at mile marker 78, near the Arthur Ashe Boulevard exit. The northbound left shoulder and left lane are both closed.
