Crash on I-95 North causes lane closures, delays in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A vehicle crash on Interstate 95 caused lane closures and delays in Richmond.

The crash was first reported by VDOT around 6:45 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 30, and was located on I-95 North near the Leigh Street viaduct.
