RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A crash on Interstate 95 in Richmond has caused multiple lane closures and traffic backups for miles, according to the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.
VDOT said the north left shoulder, left lane and center lanes are closed. Traffic backups have reached around three miles.
The crash is located at mile marker 74.6 in the City. The north exit 74A narrows.
