RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A crash on Interstate 64 West near the I-95/I-64 interchange has cleared but backups continue in downtown Richmond.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash took place at mile marker 191.2, just before the interchange, closing the left lane. The lane has re-opened.
