UPDATE: According to VDOT, all lanes have reopened and the scene is clear.
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A multi-vehicle crash on I-64 East in downtown Richmond is causing a backup.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash took place at mile marker 191, just west of the I-95/I-64 interchange. The westbound left lane is currently closed.
