RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A vehicle crash on Interstate 64 is causing delays for drivers in the city of Richmond.
The crash was first reported around 7:45 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 1, and is located on I-64 West near the Shockoe Valley Bridge.
According to VDOT, the west left shoulder and left lane are closed.
