RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Drivers experienced delays in Richmond on Interstate 95 North near the exit onto Interstate 64 due to a crash, which later cleared.
A spokesperson for the Virginia Department of Transportation said the north left shoulder, left lane and center lane were closed at around 6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2.
All lanes later reopened and the scene cleared, according to VDOT.
