CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Drivers on Powhite Parkway experienced delays Tuesday morning due to a vehicle crash.
At 8:13 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26, a spokesperson for the Virginia Department of Transportation said the east left shoulder was closed near Arboretum Parkway.
Traffic backups were about 3 miles around 8:24 a.m. that morning.
