MONONA (WKOW) — Caleb and Justine Roesler flew through the 278-yard course at the Monona Community Festival’s Wife Carrying Championship.
Competitors battled for a cash prize along with the carried person’s weight in beer.
The Roesler’s practiced weeks before the big race and it paid off. They finished with a time of one minute and seven seconds.
