An 18-year-old man died after being shot multiple times in Bear on the afternoon of Dec. 25, according to New Castle County Police.
The incident occurred in the 600 block of Barrett Lane in the Village of Barrett’s Run Apartments at around 7 p.m., police said.

After first aid was administered, the man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
