RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — There is a police presence in the Gilpin Court neighborhood in Richmond this morning. Richmond Police have confirmed that a man has died and a death investigation is underway.
Police tape surrounds a scene on St. Peter Street as investigators are in the area determining what happened.
