RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 North is causing significant delays for Richmond drivers.
The crash was first reported at 3:06 p.m. and is located near the Interstate 64 exit.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the north left shoulder, left lane, and center lane are closed. Drivers are asked to avoid the area and expect delays.
Traffic backups are approximately 1 mile long, according to VDOT.
