RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — There is currently a large police presence at City Dogs on the 1300 block of West Main Street in Richmond.
Several Richmond Police and VCU Police officers have been seen in the area of City Dogs. As of 11:40 p.m., West Main Street was closed.
