If you thought Firefly’s lineup for its 10th anniversary was a little disappointing, the fall festival just got stronger after unveiling 20-plus additional acts coming to Dover from Sept. 22 to 25.
Firefly, which made the announcement across it social sites Wednesday, added big names including Haim, a rocking trio of sisters who toured with country star Taylor Swift.
There’s also R&B singer T-Pain, whose claim to fame was making a big name for himself using Auto Tune in the late 2000s, even though people would throw stones at him for it.

Also on tap is EDM artist Seven Lions, who’ll inject more danceable tunes into The Woodlands of Dover.

Fans on Facebook talk new lineup
Folks on the Firefly Music Festival Fan Page on Facebook were geeked about the new lineup.
“Firefly and I may be back on speaking terms,” one fan wrote.
“Bruh. Haim AND Pale Waves? I’d say take all my money but they already have it,” another fan confided.
“This is AMAZING. Seven Lions, Grayscale, Pale Wave, I am so pumped!!!” a hyped fan said.
“I’m so hype abt t pain right now lol,” one music lover revealed.
“These have to be some of the best additions I’ve ever seen, so beyond hyped for these!!!” an ecstatic user wrote.
The new flyer for the festival has removed rap artist Gunna (Sergio Kitchens), who is involved in legal trouble with fellow rapper Young Thug (Jeffrey Lamar Williams).

According to a report from the USA Today earlier this month, prosecutors argued Williams is the head of a violent street gang called Young Slime Life that he co-founded.
Prosecutors allege that the gang committed multiple murders, shootings and carjackings over roughly a decade and promoted its activities in songs and on social media, according to an 88-page indictment that charges William, Gunna and aspiring rapper Christian Eppinger and 24 others with racketeering. Court proceeds are underway.
A couple of music lovers on the Firefly Fan Page mentioned Gunna’s removal from the flyer.
“I’ll happily take T-Pain over Gunna,” one fan wrote.
“never liked T Pain until I saw some documentary. He’s a good dude even though I still don’t like his music. Lol. But yes much better than Gunna,” another user said.
A glance over the last decade
In February, Firefly announced its headliners were Halsey, My Chemical Romance, Green Day and Dua Lipa.
Some of the other big names originally tapped for the festival include Big Sean, Zedd, Porter Robinson, Avril Lavigne, All Time Low, Willow, Bleachers, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Weezer and The Kid Laroi.

Firefly’s initial lineup caused mixed reviews because some fans didn’t think it featured a strong roster for a 10-year anniversary.
Over the years the festival attracted popular acts like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Outkast, Lizzo, The Weeknd, Foo Fighters, Paul McCartney, Eminem, Artic Monkeys, The 1975, Bob Dylan, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Snoop Dog, Twenty One Pilots, Deamau5, Kendrick Lamar, Chvrches and many others.
Apparently, the festival organizers heard the feedback.
They’ve since added a few Firefly alum in Haim (2013) and T-Pain (2017).
