Ava Ripanti, Middletown girls soccer: Junior goalkeeper has allowed just one score in wins over Archmere, Smyrna, Newark and Charter of Wilmington to help the Cavaliers to a 4-0 start.
Brandon Grygo, William Penn baseball: Junior left-hander pitched the first perfect game in school history, going through seven innings in just 64 pitches in a 6-0 win over Charter of Wilmington.
Chad Imburgia, Brandywine baseball: Senior went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and a walk-off single in the bottom of the eighth inning in a 3-2 win over Red Lion Christian.
Kyleigh Dill, Dover girls lacrosse: Senior had six goals and an assist in a 15-10 win over Caesar Rodney and five goals and an assist in a 13-7 victory over Newark Charter.
Sarah Hessler, St. Mark’s girls track and field: Senior won the shot put (36-5¼) and discus (110-7) at the Diamond State Invitational at A.I. du Pont.
