RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Friends, family and furry friends all gathered at the Richmond SPCA’s Block Party on Sunday to shop from vendors, enjoy treats from food trucks and have lots of fun.
From noon to 5 p.m., the Richmond SPCA held its free Block Party and Marketplace on Sunday, March 24 with live music, beer and wine trucks, pet-friendly crafts and vendors.
