RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A woman was shot near the Richmond Inn along Midlothian Turnpike late Monday evening.
At 11:52 p.m. Monday, March 18, officers with the Richmond Police Department were dispatched to the Richmond Inn, located at 6346 Midlothian Turnpike.
Upon arrival, officers found a woman with a gunshot wound. She was taken to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
Officers with the Richmond Police Department continue to investigate the shooting.
