RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Art Works, Inc. located in Richmond’s Manchester neighborhood is hosting a variety of events throughout the month of March to support local artists.
The local Richmond gallery Art Works, Inc., located on 320 Hull St., has a schedule filled with events throughout the month of March to celebrate the start of Spring and support local artists.
Saint Patrick’s Day

- Sunday, March 17 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Stop into Art Works, Inc. for green punch and cookies in celebration of Saint Patrick’s Day.
NCECA Exhibits Open
- Located at Artworks, Inc. on 320 Hull St.
- Thursday, March 21 from 5:30 to 9:15 p.m.
The National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts will have a free opening reception at Art Works, Inc. with music, refreshments and the chance to meet the artists featured in the exhibits.
RVA Thriving Artists Monthly Meet-up
- Located at Benchtop Brewing on 434 Hull St.
- Thursday, March 21 from 6 to 7 p.m.
Are you an artist? Art Works, Inc. is hosting a meet-up for artists to network with each other and exchange ideas over drinks.
Women in the Arts Scavenger Hunt
- Located at Art Works, Inc. on 320 Hull St.
- Friday, March 1 through Saturday, March 23 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In celebration of International Women’s Day, Art Works, Inc. is holding a scavenger hunt to highlight artworks made by women in the gallery, which will be marked with a token on the wall next to its display. The clue sheet can be picked up from the office. If all of the clues are matched correctly, a prize will be given out in the office.
4th Friday Opening Reception
