HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Firefighters responded to a reported microwave explosion in an apartment in Henrico County Thursday evening.
At 6:53 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, firefighters with the Henrico Division of Fire were dispatched to the 8700 block of Beacontree Lane for reports of a microwave explosion in an apartment.
Responders arrived at 6:57 p.m. and found no fire and no smoke.
One male resident reported having been hit in the head by a microwave door but did not need treatment.
