PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — The Petersburg Bureau of Police is investigating a hit-and-run in which a 6-year-old child was struck.
According to police, the incident took place at the intersection of Sussex Street and Patrick Street on Friday, March 8. Police described the vehicle driven by the suspect as a black vehicle.
