Nova and Abigail are new names on this year’s list and are unique to Delaware’s rankings while the other eight are also on the national top 10 list for girls, which includes names like Evelyn and Luna.

Benjamin is a new name on this year’s list and the names Daniel, Anthony, Carter and Leo are unique to Delaware. The remaining six names also make an appearance on the national top 10 list, which includes names like William, James, Henry and Alexander.
Some names that are rapidly rising in popularity include Gianna, Nova, Isla, Natalia and Camila for girls. For boys, Theodore, Asher, Miles, Luca and Brooks are seeing an increase.
If these names see a large enough jump in usage, they could knock out some of the names already present in the top 10 rankings.
