CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Chesterfield County Police Department is looking for potential additional victims of a man who was arrested in early February on suspicion of sexual assault.
According to police, 43-year-old Zeng Huicheng of the 15400 block of Cambria Cove Boulevard in Chesterfield has been charged with aggravated sexual battery in connection to an incident that took place on Feb. 5 at his place of employment, Unique Foot Relaxing, located at 11529 Robious Road.
Huicheng was arrested on Feb. 7 and taken to Chesterfield County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
Following Huicheng’s arrest, investigators discovered discrepancies pertaining to licensure of personnel at Unique Foot Relaxing and on Feb. 13, seven summonses were issued for county code violations.
