COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) — All northbound lanes on Interstate 95 near Colonial Heights are shut down due to a multi-vehicle crash.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash is located near mile marker 54 and was first reported just after midnight on Wednesday.
