RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man was found with a gunshot wound in the Fairfield area of Richmond’s East End in the morning on Wednesday, according to the Richmond Police Department.
At 8:22 a.m., officers were called to the 2100 block of Fairfield Avenue for the report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found a man walking in the area who had a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
