PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — A 29-year-old man who was wanted for a murder that took place in March 2023 has been arrested, according to Petersburg Bureau of Police.
On Friday, Jan. 26, police arrested 29-year-old Phillip Rich, who was wanted in connection to a murder that took place on March 14, 2023 in the 1400 block of Pin Oaks Drive, Pin Oaks Subdivision.
According to police, Rich was located in Hampton, Virginia and was taken into custody without incident.
Rich was charged with first degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and shooting into an occupied dwelling.
