Following a lackluster performance in the Iowa caucuses, Ohio businessman Vivek Ramaswamy announced he is suspending his presidential campaign. Ramaswamy said he’s offered former President Donald Trump his full endorsement. CBS News’ Ed O’Keefe reports.
