HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A crash is causing delays in Henrico County on Interstate 295 North near General Sheppard Crump Memorial Park.
The north left shoulder, left lane, center lane and right lane were closed at 3:07 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 26.
Traffic backups were about 1 mile.
