HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A vehicle fire on Interstate 295 caused significant delays for drivers in Henrico County.
The incident was first reported by VDOT around 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 21, and was located on I-295 North near the I-95 exit.
According to VDOT, all northbound lanes and the right shoulder were closed as a result.
Shortly before 6:30 p.m., VDOT reported that the scene had been cleared and all lanes had been reopened.
