Emeel James-Ragland, Polytech boys track and field: Junior finished second in the 55 meters and 200 meters and third in the 400 meters at the Henlopen Conference Indoor Track Championships.
Gracie Maughan, Sussex Academy girls swimming: Sophomore set meet records in winning the 200 IM (2:11.38) and 100 breaststroke (1:05.18) at the Henlopen Conference Swimming Championships.
Rylee Waslyn, Concord girls swimming: Senior set a meet record in the 200 IM (2:06.95) and also won the 100 butterfly (57.18) at the Blue Hen Conference Swimming Championships.
Rachel Bockrath, Brandywine girls swimming: Sophomore set meet records in the 50 (23.51) and 100 (50.80) freestyles at the Blue Hen Conference Swimming Championships.
Zachary Redding, Appoquinimink boys swimming: Junior set school and meet records in winning the 50 (21.53) and 100 (47.39) freestyles at the Blue Hen Conference Swimming Championships.
