CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) – A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 South is causing delays in Caroline County near Ladysmith Road.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash has closed the southbound left lane, center lane, right lane and right shoulder at mile marker 112 near the Ladysmith Rd. exit.
