LOUISA COUNTY, Va. (WRIC)- Louisa County Public Schools will be on a two-hour delay on Monday, February 13th.
In a tweet posted at 5:28 a.m. Monday, the school system says there are areas in the county that are at or below freezing, and there’s a risk black ice could develop.
Employees are asked to use Code 4.
