A 20-year-old man was taken to a local hospital after Delaware State Police say he crashed his vehicle into a Milton-area home.
Police said the man, who was traveling across Diamond Farm Road at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, was driving at “a high rate of speed” when he left the roadway, overturned his 2003 Mercedes-Benz E-320 and went through a home on the 1700 block of Harbeson Road.
The vehicle came to final rest inside the garage, on top of a Toyota 4-Runner, according to a news release.
Police said the man, who is from Milton, was “properly restrained” and in critical condition.

Harbeson Road was closed down for about four hours as a result of the crash.
