RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A disabled tractor-trailer on Interstate 95 northbound is caused delays for drivers in downtown Richmond on Friday, Sept. 16.
The incident was first reported at 7:26 p.m. and was located just north of the U.S. Route 250 exit on I-95.
The north left shoulder and left lane were closed, according to VDOT. Drivers in the area were advised to expect delays.
By 8 p.m., the crash was declared clear by VDOT.
