Congratulations to Mary Kate Keegan of Ursuline swimming, the Delaware Online Athlete of the Week for Week 7 of the winter season. The junior won the 200 individual medley and 100 butterfly and was part of two winning relays in a 105-65 victory over Charter of Wilmington.
