KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WRIC) — 22 people were shot, with one person killed at the Kansas City Chiefs parade in the evening Wednesday, according to ABC News.
“The shooting took place west of Union Station, near the garage, as Chiefs fans were leaving,” ABC News said, quoting officials.
According to ABC News, 22 people had been shot at the Kansas City Chiefs rally on Wednesday, Feb. 14.
In a press conference held at around 6 p.m., Police Chief Stacey Graves said they are still working on determining the total victims in the shooting.
Three people have been detained, according to Chief Graves. The motive for the shooting has not been determined.
